I went yesterday 5/7/09 at the opening in pasadena,ca

They opened at 11am and I was in pasadena early so I figured I would stop by TDameritrade to do some business. Let me tell you! I have never been in a online brokerage b4 & there was a line! 4 people deep waiting to give there $$$$$$$$

The sheeple are buying by the droves. I hate waiting so I left. On another note! :rant:

HSBC now charges non-HSBC customers to cash a HSBC check! yes, you read that right! I bank with HSBC & now there giving me more of a incentive to use cash instead of checks. Crooks all of them.

There was about 8 dealers at the show and surprisingly were all low on bullion but 1. Show was also slow, BUT this was pasadena an on a fri at 11am-people were probably working.

Here are some prices

AGE $45 over spot (8 months ago couldnt find them for less than $80-100 over spot)
ASE $18-20 surprising there still holding
Krugs $45 over spot
10 oz silver bars $1.50 over spot

surprising no one had 90%

Morgan culls $18
peace culls $16

NO Plat or Pal

I picked up a first year (87') 1/2 ounce Gold brittania :emotions16:

That is a good price for the 10-oz silver bars IMO. Locally, my dealer is charging about $2 over spot for 10-oz silver bars and he was able to sell them at that price. Silver demand is still high in my area.
